Dear Jesse Ray,
I am explicitly putting your name in this post so that if you ever read this, you know it’s directed at you.
I love you more than anything in the world and I always will. I’ve always said that to you, and I’ve never once lied about it. You’re the most beautiful thing that I once had. I wouldn’t take back any of the experiences I had with you and that you were by my side through the process of becoming the woman I am today. You were (and I wish you still could be) my best friend. I’ve never loved anyone like I love you and I never will. That’s my promise to you. And as much shit that we’ve been through this past year, my love for you hasn’t diminished one bit. Strangely enough, through all this pain you’ve caused me, I still believe that you and I will be together again one day. What happens between now and then is up to some entity that has pulled us apart. Whether it’s weeks, months, or years, I know life will bring us back together.
